Each product page tells you whether the piece is ready to ship or still part of Renee’s current work. Product pages also list the confirmed price, materials, dimensions, display method, and care information when those details are available.

No two handmade pieces are identical. Glass color, texture, and the way light moves through it vary naturally from sheet to sheet; screens can also show color differently. The product page is the best place for the details of that individual piece.

Ready-to-ship orders typically leave Renee’s studio within three days.

Send Renee your idea, a rough size, color direction, and any useful photo or sketch. Custom stained-glass work begins at $150.

Renee replies with a written quote that includes the full price, required deposit, timing, and project terms. Work begins after you approve the quote and pay the required deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup.

Most pieces take about 10–14 days to make, though timing can be longer depending on the design and materials. Renee confirms the timing in her written quote.

Yes. Local pickup is by appointment at one of Renee’s consignment locations. Renee will confirm the pickup details with you.

All sales are final. Piecing Patch Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, use the contact form; Renee handles each situation case by case. Do not mail anything back unless Renee asks you to.

For pieces over $60, Renee sends a photo before shipping.

Dust with a clean, lint-free, damp cloth. Avoid chemical window cleaners, abrasives, and rough applicators. If solder looks white or dusty, gently polish it with a soft cloth and a small amount of Shock Beeswax.

Unless a product says otherwise, the solder contains lead; wash your hands after handling or cleaning, especially before eating. Keep the piece out of reach of children and pets, and do not sand, heat, or otherwise disturb the solder.

Machine wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry, and touch up with a medium-set iron if needed.

Renee works across stained glass, textiles, and wood. Product pages name the confirmed materials and explain how each piece is meant to be displayed or used.

Light is part of the work. Color and texture can read differently in a sunny window, a shaded room, or evening light.

If a repair is needed, send Renee a photo to discuss options. Repair availability depends on the piece and the issue.
