- You approve and pay the deposit. Work begins.
- Made in 10–14 days. Time to ship may vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. The balance is due before shipping or pickup.

How long does custom work take?
Most pieces take about 10–14 days to make, though timing can be longer depending on the design and materials. Renee confirms the timing in her written quote.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is by appointment at one of Renee’s consignment locations. Renee will confirm the pickup details with you.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Piecing Patch Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, use the contact form; Renee handles each situation case by case. Do not mail anything back unless Renee asks you to.
